Ethics code Seychelles

Ethics training is a necessary for all employees of the Public Sector.    

The Public Officers’ Ethics Commission, (POEC) has embarked on an intensive training programme  under the theme  “Creating and sustaining an ethical Workplace environment”.

Ethics Liaison Officers are encouraged to contact the Commission's Programme Development Coordinator to schedule training for their respective employees. We also encourage organisations to consider ethics training as a component of other regularly scheduled employee training as a part of employee development e.g. workshops, staff meetings, seminars or new employee orientation programmes.

The Commission is committed to help training officers to deliver ethics training in their departments in the most efficient, effective way possible.

About the POEC

To administer and enforce the Public Officers’ Ethics Act which comprises of the code of conduct and ethics for public officers and declarations of income, assets and liabilities for designated public officers.
